Dr. Sarah Nakib, MD, MPH, FAAD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Sarah Nakib, MD is a board-certified dermatologist with the American Board of Dermatology. She grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota before coming to this region. She received her medical training at the University of Minnesota, where she also completed her residency in dermatology and internal medicine and served as Chief Resident her final year. After graduating, she worked at Johns Hopkins as an Assistant Professor in the department of dermatology.
Dr. Nakib has also received fellowship training at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a Masters in Public Health. During residency, she received awards from the Society for Investigative Dermatology, Medical Dermatology Society, Botswana-University of Pennsylvania Partnership Program, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.
She enjoys treating a wide range of common skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea, as well as more complex rashes, including those associated with autoimmune conditions. She also has a special interest in skin cancer screening and cosmetic dermatology.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Virginia Dermatology Society. Her commitment to providing exceptional patient care has earned her recognition as a “Top Doctor” by Northern Virginia Magazine.
Her hobbies include traveling, biking, and exploring local parks and places with family and friends.
Dr. Julie Henry, MD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Julie Henry is a board-certified dermatologist with the American Board of Dermatology with more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive dermatologic care in Northern Virginia.
Originally from New York’s Finger Lakes region, Dr. Henry graduated from Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences before earning her medical degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. While at Georgetown, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine and her residency in Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan, serving as Chief Resident.
Throughout her career, Dr. Henry has been dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients of all ages. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Washington, D.C. Dermatological Society. Her commitment to excellence has earned her repeated recognition as a “Top Doctor” by Washingtonian magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Washington Consumers’ Checkbook.
Outside the office, Dr. Henry enjoys taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities throughout the region and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
Dr. Henry is pleased to bring her extensive experience to Complete Dermatology of Virginia, where she is proud to work alongside Dr. Nakib and the outstanding clinical team in providing exceptional dermatologic care to the community.
Emily Kuzoian
Physician Assistant
Emily Kuzoian is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received her medical training at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During this time, she was trained in dermatology, building on her previous experience in the field. Prior to earning her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in both chemistry and economics from Bucknell University and spent a few years working as a digital health consultant before pursuing her passion for dermatology.
As a dermatology Physician Assistant, Emily strives to provide comprehensive patient care to diverse populations using evidence-based treatment plans. She enjoys treating common skin concerns and aims to make her patients’ days a little bit better each time they see her. Emily is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
She is thrilled to return to the Northern Virginia area, and enjoys spending her free time reading, playing with her cat, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
